They are paying Tompolo. 1.5bn monthly to guard our oil pipelines yet we lose 400,000 barrels to oil thieves.Why will any sane govt take such a decision. Why do we promote bandits and discourage education. Why do we make criminals proud of their acts and make educated people ashamed of their degrees.
