Expdonaloaded News; 4 feared dead in cult clash in Warri

No fewer than four persons have been killed in Warri during a clash between two rival cult groups while others were seriously injured. Besides, two others also lost their lives in separate incidents at various loca­tions in the outskirts of Warri Metropolis. Expdonaloaded blog gathered that the clash, which occurred at the weekend, claimed two lives at Ovwian, while two others were killed at Link Road Ekpan and Sam Warri axis respectively.
It was a bloody situation at Ovwian Community, popularly known as the headquarters of cultists, as several persons were se­verely wounded. Sources said the inci­dent, which occurred at Sam Warri, claimed the life of an undergraduate, even as the area is presently un­der siege. Meanwhile, not less than 30 suspected cultists were apprehended during a raid by the police at Orhunwho­run and DSC Township.post by expdonaloaded.blogspot.com.. The police team led by the Divisional Police Of­ficer (DPO) “B” Division Warri, Superintendent Ani­etie Eyoh raided bad spots where the hardened crimi­nals were rounded up. However, Eyoh decried a situation where some hard­ened cultists arrested and charged to court were freed by the court and allowed to walk freely. According to him, “the cultists charged to court were interrogated and con­fessed to be cultists. “I am surprised that some of these hoodlums, having been charged to court are freed and are back to the streets to continue their evil deeds,” lamented Superintendent Eyoh. He cited a situation whereby the freed cultists came to the police station to announce their freedom and threatened his officers.
