Kaduna State gov­ernor, Malam Na­sir el-Rufai, has assured foreign investors that his admin­istration would remove all bottlenecks hindering foreign investment in the state.

He made this known yes­terday in Kaduna, when he played host to the Nige­rian- American Chamber of Commerce.And to demonstrate his willingness and commit­ment to his promise, he named his deputy ,Arch. Barnabas Bala,to head a joint investors’ committee with the Nigerian-Ameri­can Chamber of Commerce.
