Expdonaloaded News; Bosses of govt owned agencies, parastatals not affected by dissolution

The Lagos State Government has clarified that heads and chief executives of govern­ment-owned agencies and parastatals are not affected by the dissolu­tion of Boards of Para­statals and Agencies as recently directed by the state Governor, Akin­wunmi Ambode.

The clarification was contained in a statement signed by the Secretary to the State Government, Mr. Tunji Bello.
The state government also announced that the state House of Assembly Commission was also ex­empted from the dissolu­tion directive.
Governor Ambode had on Monday approved the dissolution of all Boards of Parastatals and Agen­cies of government in the state with the exemption of the State Civil Service Commission, Judicial Ser­vice Commission and the State Independent Elec­toral Commission.
