A 34-year-old Police Constable, Paul Ogbeh, was yesterday discharged
and acquitted by a Lagos High Court sitting at Igbosere over a murder
charge. Ogbeh was said to have murdered men alleged to be armed robbers,
while on police patrol after receiving a distress call.

After 5 years in prison, court acquits policeman of murder charge
