The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) national leadership has set up a 15-member post-election assessment committee.
Deputy Senate President Ike Ekwewremadu heads the committee while
secretary of the Board of Trustees (BoT), Senator Walid Jibril, is
secretary.
According to a statement issued at the weekend by National Publicity
Secretary, Olisa Metuh, the committee is expected “to review and
evaluate the performance of the PDP in the just concluded 2015 general
elections and make recommendations for the repositioning of the party.”
The committee will be inaugurated at the national secretariat in Abuja tomorrow.
