Siasia warns players over camp rules

Dream Team VI han­dler, Samson Siasia has warned players of the team to observe camp rules to the letter or get thrown out.

The players were last night handed a code of conduct that contained all the camp rules moments after arriving the team’s Abuja camp that has started bubbling with both home and foreign based players.

Siasia while addressing the players after dinner last night told them to brace up for the challenge of rigorous train­ing as the task ahead of them is enormous. He however assured the players that merit would remain the watchword as only the very best would make the squad that faces Gabon next month in an All African Games qualifier.
He pointed out that not all of them will make the team as only 25 players will eventu­ally be selected.
“One thing you can all be sure of, is the fact that every player will get an equal op­portunity of making the team. I want to see what you can bring to the team,” Siasia told the players.
The team is expected to have its first training session today (Monday) at the Abuja national stadium.
